Café Brulot

Café Brulot (This is an individual serving of the classic New Orleans hot punch)

Into a larger reciptical (in this case I used a Turkish Coffee pot)

            - 1 lemon twist

            - 1 ornage twist

            - 2 cloves

            - 1 stick of cinnamon

            - 2 lumps of sugar

            - 1/2 oz allspice liqueur (or 4 whole allspice)

            - 3/4 oz Cointreau (or similar orange liqueur)

            - 1 oz Brandy

            - 1 long pour of Espresso

Stir the mixture together for a moment and then pour the liquid content into a fresh cup.
